• Information related to church activities you participate in — event registrations, volunteer sign-ups, small group involvement, and giving records.
• Information provided during Kids Check-In, limited to what's needed to safely check a child in and out (child's name, age, guardian name and contact information, and any allergy or medical notes a guardian chooses to provide).
• Your phone number and consent record if you opt in to receive text messages from us.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, through our check-in kiosk, a sign-up form, or by providing your number to church staff — you consent to receive text messages from Foothills Community Church. These messages may include:

• Notifications to a child's nursery or kids' ministry teacher during check-in (for example, if a child needs attention).
• Church-wide or group announcements, event reminders, and ministry updates.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate church programs and ministries, communicate with you about events and activities you've engaged with, keep children safe during check-in, and process giving. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service Providers

Our member portal and text messaging program are operated on our behalf by GDI Risk Advisory LLC, our technology partner, using trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, and message delivery. These providers act solely to deliver these services to us and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Children's Information

Information collected through Kids Check-In is provided by a parent or guardian and is used only for check-in, safety, and communication with that child's ministry team during the time the child is in our care.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to update or remove your contact information by reaching out using the information below.
